Anyone who wants a character under this category has a WEEK to say something. If a member asks for a character I have on hold, I'll gladly give it to them within that week. If after a week nobody claims them, I myself will app the character. I'm all for everyone getting to play whomever they want and this is my way of keeping myself in check and making it fair.
